PROGRAM
HOUSING
Priority addresses the housing needs of survivors of violence, in the forms of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or dating violence and who as a result are homeless or at risk of losing their home. In addition, it offers psychological services, counseling, legal services and legal support, empowerment workshops,
and childcare.
Guayacán Housing Project:
Transitional housing vouchers for victims with children for a period of 6 months to two years. Subsidized by Housing and Urban Development, Continuum of Care (CoC).
Housing Project for Less Served Populations:
Transitional housing for survivors of violence with priority on the immigrant population, the elderly, LGBTT and applicants with children with disabilities. Funded by US Department of Justice, Office on Violence Against Women.
Emergency Solutions Project:
Provides payment assistance services for rent deposits, utilities and short-term rentals under the Rapid Re-housing component. Funded under Emergency Shelter Solutions funds through the Department of the Family.
